The Ministry of Public Works and Planning awarded by the end of this January the renovation and improvement of the stretch of road MU-531 highway that runs from the Northwest (RM-15) to municipalities and Campos Albudeite River, recently announced the Minister José Ballesta on his visit to the current road layout, which was accompanied by several local councilors.
The works, which have a budget in excess of five million euros, will begin to run in the first quarter of this year to improve communications in both municipalities, as well as to enhance road safety for road users .
The performance will take place on a stretch of four kilometers, and includes the widening of the platform, the grinding of curves, and improving drainage and signage, which will bring the features of the current road traffic .
The project also includes the execution of a variation to remove the existing curve in Albudeite boardwalk, which also carried out the construction of a new bridge 17 meters long.
Councilor José Ballesta recently visited this path and said second level is an action that "will improve the road links in the Shire River Mula."
The counselor said that currently the Highways Agency is drawing up the project to improve the section of the MU-531 which runs from Campos del Rio to Alguazas, which will conclude the comprehensive upgrading of the road.
