The general director of Territorial Planning, Architecture and Housing, Laura Sandoval, explained today to the residents of Albudeite that they will be able to opt for 88,000 euros in public aid for the rehabilitation of 24 homes, which are in the Area of ​​Urban Rehabilitation and Regeneration ( ARRU) of the municipality.
The aid accounts for almost half of the total cost of the works, which is estimated to reach 189,000 euros.
Laura Sandoval was accompanied by the mayor of the municipality, Jesus Garcia, and commented that "subsidies are granted to improve the conservation, facilities, accessibility and energy efficiency of homes." Each owner can receive up to 15,000 euros in housing subsidies , and applications may be submitted until January 16 ".
These subsidies for the development of ARRU in the Region of Murcia, are framed in the Housing Plan 2017, which promotes the Autonomous Community and the Ministry of Development.
"The aid allows to carry out conservation works such as improvements in the foundation, structure, facilities, roofs, roofs, facades or other common elements," said the general director, who also said that "it also includes actions to improve accessibility to buildings through the installation of elevators, lifting mechanisms, access ramps or similar ".
The presentation of applications may be made in person at the Ministry of Presidency and Development or telematics, through the Single Registry of the Autonomous Community, using the form available at the electronic site (sede.carm.es).
