The Consistory of Albudeite, through its Department of Youth has launched the Campaign "San Isidro, without macho attitudes" on the occasion of the feast of San Isidro Labrador on May 19.

The delegate councilor of Youth, Juan Antonio Cabas, stressed that this campaign is the result of the interest of the Festival Committee to raise awareness of the problem of machismo and possible intimidation, abuse or vexations, especially on festive days such as Albudeite may be next to live.

It is a pioneering campaign in the town and it intends to serve as a base to extend it to the rest of festivities and public events throughout the year.
