The president of the Community, Fernando López Miras, received today in the San Esteban Palace the mayor of Albudeite, Jesús García, with whom he analyzed some of the most important needs of the municipality, among which the progress in the sanitation works the construction of a pedestrian sidewalk in the RM-B13, between the urban nucleus and the municipal cemetery.
This work is already tendered and its award is scheduled in the coming months.
The construction of the sidewalk and gutter will improve the safety of pedestrians moving from the center of Albudeite to the cemetery (800 meters).
In addition, the mayor transferred to the president the suitability of which it is continued advancing in the extension of the Industrial Polygon so that new companies can be installed there, with the consequent creation of jobs.
Likewise, the president of the Community informed the mayor of Albudeite that this municipality will count this year with almost 35,000 euros from the Local Cooperation Fund for municipalities with less than 5,000 inhabitants.
